Securities and Corporate Finance Associate

Top AmLaw 100 national law firm seeks an associate to join their Securities and Corporate Finance Practice Group in any of their Phoenix, St. Louis, Kansas City, or Denver.

Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and well-developed problem-solving, writing, and communication skills. Experience advising public companies on capital markets, SEC disclosure, and corporate governance matters is required. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in the work described above.
